IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES AS A FACTOR IN IMPROVING ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE
Abstract
The article explores the integration of modern digital technologies in human resource management (HRM), emphasizing their role in improving efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness in a fast-evolving business environment. As technological change accelerates, leveraging digital tools in HR has become essential for long-term growth and sustainable development. Digital transformation is redefining traditional HR processes into more adaptive, data-informed, and employee-focused systems. The paper discusses the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), Big Data analytics, cloud computing, gamification, and online learning platforms. These are applied across recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and internal communication – leading to enhanced operational workflows and better employee engagement. The research methodology is comprehensive, combining theoretical analysis, literature review, case studies of organizations adopting digital HR practices, and empirical data gathered through structured surveys and expert interviews. This multidisciplinary approach ensures a deep understanding of the impact and potential of digital HRM solutions. Key benefits identified in the study include faster and more efficient HR operations, reduced administrative and hiring costs, increased employee satisfaction, better retention rates, and more accurate decision-making through real-time and predictive analytics. Additionally, digital tools support the formation of agile organizations that can respond effectively to external market shifts and internal workforce needs. Despite these advantages, the article also outlines serious challenges: high costs of technology implementation, lack of digital literacy among HR professionals, outdated infrastructure, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and resistance to change. Addressing these obstacles through systematic planning and investment is critical. In conclusion, the authors advocate for a strategic, long-term commitment to digital HRM. This includes developing digital skills, modernizing infrastructure, and fostering an innovation-oriented culture. Such efforts are essential for maximizing the benefits of HR digitalization.
