FORMATION OF STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMART ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF INDUSTRY 4.0
Abstract
Special attention in this article is devoted to the formation of the development strategy of "smart enterprises" in the conditions of Industry 4.0. Today, the problem of creating development strategies for "smart enterprises" that build their management systems using the latest digital solutions such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, automation, etc., is becoming more and more relevant today. This is important for optimizing internal processes, increasing operational productivity, reducing resource costs, creating innovative products and services, and, ultimately, increasing the efficiency of enterprises. The purpose of the work is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the development strategy of "smart enterprises" in the conditions of Industry 4.0 in order to open up new opportunities for domestic enterprises operating in the conditions of a changing business environment and economic and political instability. In order to achieve this goal, the paper proposes the stages of forming a strategy for the development of "smart enterprises" and describes the strategic alternatives that "smart enterprises" can use for their development in the conditions of Industry 4.0. At the same time, general and specific methods were used in the work, including induction and deduction, comparison, analysis and synthesis. The article describes the importance of the direction of development of the enterprise, which functions in the conditions of the development of Industry 4.0. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the development strategies of "smart enterprises" that have begun to position themselves on the path of global digitalization. The stages of formation of the development strategy of "smart enterprises" were formed and characterized. A list of strategic alternatives for the development of "smart enterprises" is proposed, taking into account their purpose, mission, goals, principles, values and factors that influence their activity. It was concluded that the formation and implementation of development strategies is a decisive factor for the success of "smart enterprises" in the conditions of Industry 4.0. Strategies focused on the integration of the latest technologies and flexible management provide enterprises with opportunities for long-term growth and increasing their competitiveness in the global market.
