ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНИЙ РИНОК АРКТИКИ: ВІД ВИКОПНИХ РЕСУРСІВ ДО ВІДНОВЛЮВАНОЇ ЕНЕРГЕТИКИ
Анотація
У статті досліджується формування та сучасний розвиток енергетичного ринку Арктики – регіону з надзвичайно високим енергетичним та логістичним потенціалом. Проведено аналіз видобувного сектору регіону, через призму впливу кліматичних та безпекових факторів. Вивчено правовий статус арктичних територій, визначено основних учасників ринку, подано характеристику та аспекти їхніх геополітичних взаємовідносин, зокрема переваги і недоліки основних гравців та їх роль у подальшому розподілі сфер впливу в регіоні. Висвітлено характерні особливості видобутку нафти та природного газу в Арктиці, проведено аналіз переваг і ризиків кліматичних змін для місцевої економіки, а також їх наслідки для світового господарства. Досліджено специфіку функціонування місцевої енергетики та можливості застосування альтернативних технологій енергогенерації з метою покращення електропостачання регіону та прискорення його освоєння.
