Abstract

The article examines global parameters of intercultural communication and analytical formats for its systematic analysis in the context of digital transformation and globalization. It is determined that intercultural communication is a key factor in international interaction, influencing the effectiveness of business processes, diplomatic relations, and socio-economic development. In the context of digitalization and artificial intelligence development, the formation of unified standards for intercultural communication becomes relevant, necessitating the development of a conceptual model for its global parameters. The study explores the main conceptual approaches to analyzing intercultural communication, including cognitive, socio-cultural, and digital perspectives. It is found that cultural distance, the level of digital adaptation, linguistic and semantic adaptation, institutional interaction, and emotional intelligence are key parameters defining the effectiveness of intercultural communication. Global processes such as cultural hybridization, digital convergence, and the impact of artificial intelligence are reshaping traditional approaches to intercultural interaction. The main challenges of intercultural communication are analyzed, including cultural polarization, the growth of informational barriers, heterogeneity in digital adaptation, and issues related to artificial intelligence use. Strategic approaches to developing intercultural communication are proposed, including the integration of digital technologies, the development of global communication standards, and the implementation of educational initiatives to enhance intercultural competence. Particular attention is given to the role of international organizations in developing unified regulatory mechanisms to improve the efficiency of intercultural interaction. Additionally, the study highlights the necessity of adaptive communication strategies that consider the dynamic nature of cultural transformation in the digital age. Emphasis is placed on the importance of interdisciplinary research in shaping effective models of intercultural communication that align with global digitalization trends.
