TRANSFORMATION OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES POTENTIAL OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The article comprehensively examines the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the transformation of the human resources potential of the agricultural sector in the context of digitalization and the introduction of innovative technologies. The relevance of the study is due to the need to adapt human resources to the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution and the digital transformation of agricultural production. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop methodological approaches to assessing and developing the human resources potential of the agricultural sector in the context of digitalization of production processes. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach, which allowed to consider the transformation of human resources as a complex process that covers technological, organizational, and socio-economic aspects. The study uses the methods of structural and functional analysis, SWOT analysis, expert evaluation, statistical analysis and synthesis. On the basis of empirical research, the main directions of the impact of digital technologies on labor efficiency in the agricultural sector are systematized, including automation of production processes, introduction of precision farming systems, development of digital communications, diagnostics and production control, modernization of personnel management systems and optimization of logistics processes. A methodology for an integrated assessment of personnel readiness for digital transformation has been developed and substantiated, which includes five key criteria: digital literacy, technological awareness, adaptive capacity, motivational readiness, and practical experience with technology. A differentiated approach to staff development based on assessment results is proposed, which involves the development of individual learning and professional development trajectories. The strategic directions of investment in human capital development as a key factor in the successful digital transformation of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. The practical value of the study lies in the development of specific methodological recommendations for the assessment and development of human resources in the context of digitalization, which can be used by agricultural enterprises to improve the efficiency of human resources management and ensure successful digital transformation of production processes. The proposed approaches to investing in human capital development allow optimizing the cost of staff training and increasing the profitability of introducing innovative technologies in the agricultural sector. The results of the study can be used to develop strategies for the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises, create professional development programs for staff, and improve the agricultural education system.
