PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS ECOSYSTEMS IN AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The article scientifically substantiates the prospects for creating business ecosystems for agricultural entrepreneurship in Ukraine and develops practical recommendations for their development. Six most promising types of agricultural business ecosystems have been identified, which include: technological, logistics and infrastructure, financial and investment, agricultural marketing and sales ecosystem, sustainable development and green production ecosystem, agricultural development and education. Specific components and participants have been identified that will ensure the effective functioning of each type of agribusiness ecosystem. In particular, such specific components and participants include: start-ups; manufacturers of technological means for the agricultural sector; entities specializing in agrobiotechnology; logistics and infrastructure companies; financial institutions and banks; educational institutions and centers; research institutes; agricultural enterprises engaged in organic production; manufacturers and suppliers of environmentally friendly technologies, fertilizers, plant and animal protection products; digital platforms, including platforms for data analysis, monitoring of technological processes, online sales, online training, attracting financial and investment resources. It has been proven that the development of these ecosystems will increase the technological level of agricultural production, improve its efficiency and competitiveness, rationalize the use of resources, optimize the supply chain of agricultural products, simplify the access of producers to domestic and foreign markets, and activate financial and investment processes in the agricultural sector. Particular attention is paid to the main methods of forming agribusiness ecosystems through vertical and horizontal integration of agribusiness entities; unification of ecosystem participants based on the joint use of digital technologies, including digital platforms; joint attraction of financial resources and investments; creation of agroclusters and industrial parks; through the spread of the "green" economy, development of sustainable agricultural technologies and ensuring environmental safety; through the use of technical, technological, managerial, organizational, marketing and other innovations.
