Abstract

The article substantiates a hybrid approach to anti-crisis management of enterprise personnel by combining existing management practices. The main differences of anti-crisis management are highlighted. It is noted that the key feature of anti-crisis management is due to the fact that in a crisis, the enterprise personnel are exposed to numerous stress factors that change people's behavior. It is therefore important to adapt management to crisis conditions by implementing a hybrid approach. The essence of the hybrid approach is revealed, which consists in the integration and combination of various methods and tools for influencing the personnel of the enterprise depending on the prevailing conditions, goals and objectives. Four essential components of the hybrid approach are identified: an individual approach to employees; a mixture of different models of organizational culture; a combination of formal and informal management methods; a combination of different sources of motivation. It is indicated that an individual approach to an employee implies the possibility of using different management styles and methods of influence depending on the individual needs of the employee, his unique characteristics, capabilities and limitations. It is proposed to mix different models of organizational culture by combining a traditional hierarchical culture, a culture of cooperation and innovation, a culture of autonomy and flexibility. It is substantiated that the combination of formal and informal management methods involves a combination of the practice of using formal rules and standards with informal interactions of people. It is noted that the combination of various sources of motivation involves the integration of material and non-material incentives. It has been proven that the implementation of the proposed hybrid approach to anti-crisis personnel management will improve the adaptation of personnel in crisis conditions, ensure their motivation and stimulation, optimize internal communications, develop leadership skills, provide psychological support to employees in crisis conditions, increase the flexibility and adaptability of management, and ensure cost optimization.
