As enterprises worldwide navigate the complexities of digital transformation, HR departments play a crucial role in leveraging advanced technologies to enhance workforce adaptation and management efficiency. It analyzes tools such as automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and Big Data, which enable the optimization of recruitment, training, evaluation, and employee engagement processes. The study identifies how innovative technologies contribute to improving employee adaptation to changes, ensure high work productivity, and create conditions for the development of flexible competencies. The deployment of AI and ML in HR processes facilitates personalized training programs and predictive analytics, enabling enterprises to anticipate workforce trends and tailor developmental strategies accordingly. Blockchain technology offers unprecedented data security and transparency, revolutionizing credential verification and employee data management. Simultaneously, Big Data analytics empower HR professionals to make data-driven decisions that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. The research also addresses the challenges and ethical considerations associated with the integration of these technologies, such as privacy concerns and the need for continuous employee education on digital tools. It highlights the necessity for a strategic framework that aligns technological adoption with corporate culture and employee well-being. A classification of HR technologies based on various criteria is provided. The article examines the advantages and challenges associated with the implementation of digital innovations in the HR sphere, including privacy concerns, ethical considerations, and the need for continuous staff training. A methodology for implementing digital technologies in HR processes is proposed for companies seeking to effectively integrate the latest technologies and create an adaptive digital work environment, relevant for global markets.
