THE STRATEGY MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE STATE'S ECONOMIC SYSTEM: THE PARADIGM OF TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGES AND THE SYNERGETIC EFFECT OF INNOVATION
Abstract
The paradigm of transformational transformations of the modern economic system emphasizes the innovativeness of state management in the field of managing the strategy of developing the investment attractiveness of the state's economic system. The materials of the scientific research include a list of the main macroeconomic indicators of the economic and social development of Ukraine in the period from 2020 to 2024, and a schematic representation of the main problematic aspects of ensuring the progressive development of the countries of the world in the conditions of transformation according to the data of the report "Global Economic Prospects" from the World Bank. In addition, the dynamics of comparative analysis regarding the determination of the state of the economic systems of the countries of the world through the prism of indicators of the level of their investment attractiveness in the form of a comparative aspect of the data for 2020 and 2023 were analyzed, a list of modern priorities of the system for the development of the investment attractiveness of the national economy in the conditions of a full-scale military invasion was reflected. The investment agenda of the national economic system reproduces the peculiarities of the implementation of a set of strategic vectors for ensuring economic transformations. The choice of mechanisms and tools for regulation of the conceptual foundations of the formation of a strategy for the development of the investment attractiveness of the national economic system depends on the spectrum of solutions to the primary problematic aspects, namely: the sectoral affiliation of the economic system of the state, the level of its competitiveness on the world stage, the state of the institutional environment, the state of regulatory and legal support, etc. Thus, it is obvious that the formation of a single generalized reference model for managing the investment attractiveness of the national economic system is impossible.
