THE INFLUENCE OF LOGISTICS PROCESSES ON THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

Logistics is a critical element of modern business, as it directly affects the efficiency and competitiveness of organizations. The problem of the influence of logistics processes on the economic security of organizations arises in the context of constant changes in the global environment, which requires understanding and optimization of these processes to ensure sustainability and business success. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of logistics processes on the economic security of organizations. The object of research is logistics systems of enterprises, and the subject is their relationship with economic security. The methodological base of the research consists of analytical and empirical methods, including the analysis of scientific literature, statistical data, as well as expert surveys. The research uses the analysis of scientific literature on logistics and economic security to clarify the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the relationship between them. In addition, empirical research was conducted in the form of surveys among practicing logisticians and company managers to obtain practical conclusions and recommendations. The impact of a set of factors and the cause-and-effect relationships of logistics processes on the economic security of organizations is analyzed, the key factors influencing this process are determined, and possible ways of optimization are considered. Based on the research, it was concluded that effective management of logistics processes can significantly increase the economic security of organizations. The implementation of optimization strategies such as the use of information technology, strategic partnerships and continuous improvement of processes is recommended to ensure the stability and success of the business.
