TRENDS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN THE CONDITIONS OF A SECURE INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
In the modern conditions of the functioning of the global world, an important place is occupied by the processes of formation of the information society, which determine the directions of economic and social development of the international and national economy. The principles and priorities of the digital transformation of economic systems in the conditions of the information environment are substantiated. The purpose of this study is to determine the trends of digital transformation of economic systems in the conditions of the information environment. The main challenges and trends of the transformation of economic systems in the conditions of digitalization are identified, including: increasing the importance of network institutions for the functioning of society; accelerating economic dynamics and shortening the life cycle of economic systems; change of technological systems; increasing the influence of virtual space. An analysis of the employment dynamics of the population of Ukraine was carried out. It was determined that granting Ukraine the status of a candidate for EU membership contributes to the implementation of European approaches to the regulation of digital markets and will guarantee a safe and reliable online environment, competitive operating conditions for all participants in digital services markets, and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of users of such services. It was established that in the conditions of war on the territory of Ukraine, one of the important directions of digital transformations is the use of blockchain technologies, which, in particular, can become a key tool for modern HR. It is emphasized that the personnel management of economic systems in the conditions of a secure information environment is an important aspect of modern business: ensuring the information security of data and information about employees, increasing the level of digital competence, adapting to digitization in training and development, as well as using information technologies for support. The main challenges and trends of the transformation of economic systems in the conditions of a secure information environment are proposed: increasing the importance of network institutions for the functioning of society; accelerating economic dynamics and shortening the life cycle of economic systems; change of technological systems; increasing the influence of virtual space.
