FORESIGHT OF THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF UKRAINE'S ECONOMY: MAIN CHARACTERISTICS AND KEY VECTORS OF DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article analyzes the conceptual bases of determining the fundamental characteristics of the definition «foresight of the investment attractiveness of the state economy» in the context of leveling the level of potential threats to the formation and ensuring the progressive development of the economic system at the macro level, reveals the essential characteristics of the comparative analysis of the defined definition, presents the interpretation of the definition «foresight of the investment attractiveness of the state economy» as a process of economic transformations. The paradigm of determining the priority aspects of the sustainable progressive development of the economy of Ukraine determines the potential need to level the risks of the surrounding environment in order to ensure their comprehensive diversification and analytical review of key concepts. The context of the specified characteristics determines the urgent need for the formation of generalized complementary mechanisms to ensure a high level of investment attractiveness of the national economic system in the context of globalization transformations and potential transformational shifts. The corresponding need to find a solution to a complex of these economic issues determined the relevance of the chosen topic of scientific research. Globalization shifts in the context of transformative economic transformations make it necessary to analyze the definition of «foresight», taking into account the interdependence of its key constituent elements, not only for the purpose of attracting additional investment capital for the implementation of long-term investment projects at the macroeconomic level, but also for the purpose of ensuring a high level of state competitiveness on the world stage , maintaining its ranking positions according to various international agencies and associations. The set of specified characteristics necessitates an in-depth analysis of the essence and main characteristics of the category «foresight of the investment attractiveness of the state’s economic system» in order to form a comprehensive mechanism for determining progressive long-term vectors of strategic development at the macroeconomic level.
