DIGITAL TOOLS AND PLATFORMS FOR DIGITALIZATION OF BUSINESS - PROCESSES AT THE ENTERPRISE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF "NOVA POSHTA" LLC)

Abstract

The article examines the essence and features of digital tools and platforms. They are important components of the successful operation and functioning of enterprises and affect the results of their activities. With their help, it is possible to significantly optimize processes and, based on this, save time, which is an important component of the relevant processes at the enterprise. The basis of the latest trends in digital tools lies in the optimization of time and effort and at the same time the maximization of the company's profit, which is the main goal in its work. Such innovations at the enterprise are expedient because optimization of its work is also one of the important goals of the work. The main areas of use of digital tools and platforms used in Ukraine have been thoroughly researched and considered. An analysis of these tools and platforms was made. Their weaknesses and strengths were identified and optimal digital platforms were proposed for use in the practical activities of the enterprise. The main emphasis is on the use of CRM systems, which are widely used in Ukraine. The main reasons for using the aforementioned systems include: the need for additional attraction of buyers (clients) and their retention; saving personal data of clients on secure servers; cost reduction; saving time for conducting business processes; the need to increase time productivity; the need to organize remote work without limiting efficiency. That is why enterprises should take into account a number of positive factors and switch to the use of these digital platforms and tools in their activities. The use of such products in the activities of LLC "Nova poshta" was studied and analyzed. In the course of this research, attention was focused on the fact that digital products significantly strengthen the company's position on the domestic market and enable it to reach the international level. At the same time, the main criteria for the effectiveness of the influence on the enterprise's activities are highlighted. Based on the main criteria for the effectiveness of the use of these products, conclusions were made about the effectiveness of their use. Proposed steps to overcome the identified problems and improve the system of using these platforms for enterprise activities.
