DETERMINANTS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF COMPETITIVE ECONOMY
Abstract
The innovative development of enterprises in a competitive economy is a crucial factor for achieving success and sustainable growth. The article analyzes the determinants of innovative development of enterprises in a competitive economy. Determinants of innovative enterprise development are factors or factors that affect the ability of enterprises to create and successfully implement innovative ideas, technologies, products and services. These determinants affect the ability of enterprises to become competitive, adaptive and successful in the market. Understanding the determinants of the innovative development of enterprises and their impact on success and sustainability in a competitive economy is of great importance for developing effective strategies and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in a global competitive environment. Ukraine's positions were evaluated in accordance with the annual European Innovation Scoreboard and the Global Innovation Index. There is a deterioration in Ukraine's position, the root cause of which is a full-scale invasion, which creates obstacles to business development, innovative startups and attracting foreign investment, which in turn complicates the prospects for the growth of the national economy and significantly limits Ukraine's opportunities in the international arena. The share of innovatively active enterprises in the total number of industrial enterprises is analyzed. The most significant factors of innovative development of enterprises in Ukraine are substantiated. The features of the formation of the innovative strategy of the enterprise, which is a key tool for creating and implementing innovative ideas and projects that are aimed at development, are determined. The strategy of innovative development determines the main directions and priorities of the innovation activity of the enterprise. Definition of the components of the strategy of innovative development of the enterprise includes a thorough analysis and formulation of key elements that will determine the directions and priorities of innovation. The main tasks aimed at stimulating the innovative development of enterprises and strengthening the State's position in the global market have been substantiated.
