ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ФОРМ СТРАТЕГІЧНОЇ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ СУБ’ЄКТІВ АВІАТРАНСПОРТНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ
Анотація
Дослідження взаємодії суб’єктів авіатранспортної галузі дозволило визначити основні форми інтеграційних об’єднань, оцінити наслідки їх функціонування для інших суб’єктів авіатранспортної галузі та споживачів. Визначено, що загострення конкуренції сприяло виникненню синергетичних взаємодій між авіакомпаніями шляхом формування глобальних альянсів, та суттєво змінило структуру авіаційної галузі. При цьому ці процеси доцільні як для лідерів, так і для звичайних авіакомпаній. Обґрунтовано переваги та негативні аспекти авіаційного альянсу авіакомпаній. Описано вплив горизонтального альянсу на стратегічну поведінку аеропортів та особливості процесу взаємодії авіакомпанії та аеропорту. Продемонстровано, що конкуренція між аеропортами може усунути шкідливий вплив монопольної поведінки альянсів авіакомпаній. Визначено особливості взаємодії авіакомпанії та аеропорту при здійсненні технологічних та бізнес процесів. Проаналізовано досвід регулюванні діяльності стратегічних альянсів та підходи до оцінки функціонування стратегічних альянсів.
